Lynbrook School District UPK Program Lottery 2026-2027
The Lynbrook Union Free School District will continue to offer the Universal Pre-Kindergarten Program (UPK) for the 2026-2027 school year. Based on the proposed New York State Executive Budget, we anticipate receiving funding to provide full-day Pre-K for all eligible students, within the district’s available program capacity of 116 seats.
The Barry and Florence Friedberg Jewish Community Center (JCC), Our Lady of Peace School, and Tiny Tykes Early Learning Center will operate the UPK programs for Lynbrook. Together, these sites will provide 116 seats. All sites will offer a full-day universal prekindergarten program that can provide the nurturing educational experiences needed to prepare our youngest students for success in subsequent schooling.
